One think I know Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is about a neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system associated with progressive memory loss resulting in dementia. And it is a very hurtful thing, when it is happened in your family. Then to watch, your mother or father, or who is caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s — slowly have been closest to just disappear.

It is really, really sad watching people every day just go, people they are like a stranger. You are just looking after a different person. Someone with Alzheimer’s totally dependent, got no initiative, all gone. Meanwhile, it is so lonely because they or someone with Alzheimer’s no longer have relationships as a couple, and most of our relationships were with couples.
New study shows that Alzheimer’s disease is now the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States and the risks of developing AD differ among the sexes, with stroke in men, and depression in women, critical factors. Also, The Alzheimer’s Association estimates that ten million baby boomers will develop Alzheimer’s disease in the United States.
So, what would you like to say or to do to someone who is caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s?
