Almost teenagers sure that thet want make and build friendship with another people across the world. But, with difference of culture, politics, economics, and another difference make ours different too. So, can we make friendships with people from another country with difference factors?

But, teens also parents of teenagers don’t be worried. Obviously we can friendships with another people although living in a foreign country. Cultural, political or other Socio-economic differences do not come in the way of true friendships like in your real world. Do you only make friendships with people politically aligned with your views, or belonging to the same economic strata wherein you belong?

I also my friends from foreign countries have seen many people who have found great friends, even life partners, one way is from on-line communities! Earlier, it would come in news stories but now because it happens so often, it does not get media attention. I can still recall story of two business partners who met after ten years of successful partnership over on line networks.

For teens, you can join some social networking sites like myspace or social networking - the one you are more comfortable with. Find the profiles that you like and request for a friendship.

Tell about yourself in your profile as well as while making a request.Obviously, you will get some genuine friends. For acquiring their trusts, you need to be a good listener above all. Invite them to your IMs - interact with them frequently. I’m lucky to get some really great friends from Poland through myspace. I talk to them over the net with the hope that someday I’ll meet them in reality.

Yes, I believe all of us especially teenagers in the world can make friends with each other. One thing important today is the internet has brought all nations of the earth closer and it’s easier to communicate with people across the world now.

Though there are differences, they don’t really matter. As long as we all learn to respect each other’s culture and believes. We don’t have to abide by each other’s respective social rules and norms but we only have to respect them. They say love is a universal language. Since friendship is another kind of love, I think friendship can surpass all.
